Frequently asked questions
It depends on your equipment. On a professional monitor you need nothing at all: just open the playlist link and you are on air. If you want more stability and offline playback, the ideal setup is a mini PC connected to the screen running our app. In theory it works with nothing installed, but the best of both worlds is a mini PC with enough storage, memory and processing power to run without freezing.
It does, with one important caveat. Most Smart TVs do not have enough processing power to store the media and may end up freezing. To run smoothly all day, the ideal setup is a mini PC or a good quality TV Box connected to the TV. It is far more stable.
It keeps playing. Download our free app for Windows 10 and 11 or the APK for Android and Android TV (further down this page, or inside the dashboard): it saves your media on the device and keeps running even without internet. You only need a connection the first time, to download the playlist, and occasionally to pick up whatever you publish next. YouTube and Vimeo videos do need internet to play.
